This past week has been like Christmas for fans of Dragon’s Dogma 2.
Okay, so Capcom totally blew everyone away with the Dark Arisen announcement – it’s a huge expansion dropping in October! But that’s not all – they’ve also given us a heads-up about two big updates coming soon that are going to seriously improve the game as it is right now. I’m super excited for all of it!
The first of those updates is out right now, by the way. The second drops in late August.
The developers have just released a ton of new screenshots from the upcoming DLC! If you’re familiar with Dragon’s Dogma 2, you’ll notice many cool details.
The images seem to mostly, if not entirely, depict Norgan, the new, snow-covered northern area from Dark Arisen.
You’ll discover a fresh story, meet new characters, take on new quests, battle new enemies, and find new gear with your faithful companions.
It’s still unclear exactly how large the new map is, but based on the screenshots, it appears to be quite big, with many different places to explore.
