Just before Tokyo Game Show 2025, Sony held a State of Play presentation featuring exciting new looks at several upcoming games. A highlight was the very first gameplay trailer for Project Saros, a third-person shooter developed by Housemarque.
Housemarque’s previous game was Returnal, and *Saros* looks like it builds on the successful concepts from that title. We’re really excited about it and hope the developers deliver another fantastic game.

During the State of Play presentation, it was announced that *Saros* will be released on March 20, 2026. Currently, the game is only confirmed for PlayStation 5, but given Sony’s recent trend of releasing their games on PC as well, a PC version will likely be announced in the future.
