AI Limit is an action role-playing game that came out in March 2025. Its fast-paced combat is similar to popular Japanese action games. While it hasn’t gained much attention in Western markets – there aren’t many English reviews on Steam – players who have tried it generally enjoyed it. Now, the Chinese developer Sense Games is building on this success with two new downloadable content packs.
Reports from 3DJuegos indicate that the first expansion for the game, currently known as Eirene’s Furnace of War, is launching in the near future. 4Gamer has released additional information – summarized by a Reddit user – detailing that the expansion will heavily emphasize combat. Players can expect a new area with randomized features, along with new enemies and two challenging new bosses.
The developers also plan to update existing bosses with new attacks. They’ll likely test these changes through rematch battles – possibly in a new boss rush mode. Alongside this, players can expect new skills and improvements to how characters progress and develop.
The next downloadable content for AI Limit will continue the game’s story with new characters and areas to explore. A title for the DLC hasn’t been announced yet.
