In Elden Ring, runes act as both your currency and experience points. You earn them by defeating enemies and bosses, and also from special items dropped by main bosses. Normally, you spend runes at Sites of Grace to improve your character’s stats. This mod changes that – it encourages you to trade runes for health instead.
