Dr Pepper is adding a new frozen treat to its range of dessert-flavored drinks, and it’s already starting to show up in stores.
The popular soda brand has introduced freeze pops as its newest product, building on its recent ventures into frozen desserts with partnerships like those featuring Blue Bell and Dippin’ Dots. These aren’t like typical freeze pops – they come as liquid-filled tubes that you freeze before enjoying.
Food blogger Markie Devo recently reported seeing Dr Pepper Freeze Pops at Dollar General stores. They shared the news on Instagram on April 6th, and people quickly began reacting to the find.
Devo hinted at something exciting coming soon, saying a larger collection is becoming available online, but it’s currently unknown which stores will sell it.

Fans react as Dr Pepper Freeze Pops hit shelves
Initial responses show people are really interested, and some customers have already started buying them whenever they can find them in stores.
Okay, so this is crazy – my son, he’s 17, went a little overboard at Dollar General a few days ago. He basically bought every Dr Pepper ice pop pack he could find! Now we’re stuck with 180 of them, haha!
Many people said they’d already gotten the items, and others expressed their enthusiasm with comments like “These look great,” “I want these!,” and “Awesome!”
These freeze pops taste just like Dr Pepper! They capture the soda’s famous flavor in a refreshing, frozen treat.
This new release is part of a recent trend of Dr Pepper expanding its brand into new areas. Over the past few months, they’ve introduced Dr Pepper-flavored foods like Johnsonville sausage, Tic Tacs, and Snack Pack Juicy Gels, and also brought back the Creamy Coconut flavor.
