Disney Files Permit for Seven Seas Lagoon Ferryboat Queue and Dock Expansion

Walt Disney World plans to make improvements to the Magic Kingdom’s ferryboat dock. They’ve submitted plans to the South Florida Water Management District for construction along the shore of the Seven Seas Lagoon. The project, filed in February 2026, includes upgrades to the walkways, expanding the dock itself, and creating a new area to help manage water flow near the lagoon.
