Good news for Bleach fans! A new mobile action-RPG called Bleach: Soul Resonance is coming to iOS and Android later this year. The game lets you play as your favorite characters from the series and battle using direct blade control.
Nuverse, the developer of the game, explains that combat will be unique, letting players control their swords with finger movements on the screen – the blade will follow your touch. Each sword, called a Zanpakuto, will feel different and authentic to its anime counterpart. Players can switch between characters to create devastating combos, and building a team that takes advantage of character combinations will be crucial to success.
The upcoming game, Bleach: Soul Resonance, appears to include all the familiar faces fans expect, like Ichigo Kurosaki and the Soul Society captains such as Byakuya Kuchiki and Kenpachi Zaraki. Pre-registration is now available! If you’re looking to play a Bleach game right now, Bleach: Rebirth of Souls is available on Xbox Series X|S and PS5. Released earlier this year, Rebirth of Souls offers a unique fighting experience with deep, strategic gameplay focused on building momentum and making exciting comebacks—a departure from typical 3D anime fighting games.
After a long break, the anime *Bleach* came back in 2022 and continued its story seamlessly. Three seasons of the final arc, *The Thousand-Year Blood War*, have already been released, and a fourth is currently being made.
