Ryan Murphy’s new FX series, The Beauty, is generating buzz with its star-studded cast, revealed on December 3. The 11-episode show centers around the mysterious and violent deaths of international supermodels. Investigations lead the FBI to discover a sexually transmitted virus that turns people into seemingly perfect physical specimens, but with frightening results. While it’s still unclear what role Bella Hadid will play, she appears in the preview images and looks incredible.
Evan Peters and Rebecca Hall star as FBI agents investigating a series of deaths in the high-fashion world of Paris. Their investigation leads them to Ashton Kutcher, who plays a tech billionaire known only as “the Corporation.” He’s created a revolutionary drug called “the Beauty” and employs an assassin, played by Anthony Ramos, to safeguard his interests. Jeremy Pope joins the cast as an outsider caught up in the unfolding events. The show features a number of guest stars with famous families, including Ben Platt, Isabella Rossellini, Amelia Gray Hamlin, Nicola Peltz Beckham, and Lux Pascal. Ari Graynor, Billy Eichner, Jaquel Spivey, Jessica Alexander, Jon Jon Briones, John Carroll Lynch, Julie Halston, Meghan Trainor, Peter Gallagher, and Vincent D’Onofrio also appear. The Beauty premieres with three episodes on January 21st at 9 p.m. ET, and new episodes will air every Wednesday on FX and Hulu.
