We already knew a lot about Battlefield 6’s multiplayer, and now we’ve finally gotten a look at what EA Dice has planned for the single-player experience.
Electronic Arts’ new shooting game was among the first titles showcased at today’s State of Play presentation. Following extensive testing of its multiplayer features, the developers have now released a campaign trailer, which you can view below. Be warned: it features a lot of explosions!
The latest Battlefield game is switching things up with one continuous story, unlike the recent games which were broken into episodes. Players will join Dagger 13, a special forces team, and fight across three continents to prevent a powerful corporation from disrupting world order. The game will also feature a core group of characters who will be key allies throughout the campaign.
The new Battlefield game, simply called Battlefield, will launch on October 10th for PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5. Fans won’t have to wait long to find out if it can compete with the popular Call of Duty franchise.
