Bandai Namco shares seven-minute Systems Trailer for Echoes of Aincrad

Bandai Namco has revealed a new seven-minute trailer showcasing the gameplay systems of their upcoming Sword Art Online RPG, Echoes of Aincrad.

Okay, so I just watched the overview, and it covers pretty much everything in the game! They showed off how you can customize your character, what it’s like exploring the world, the combat system, all the gear you can get, and even your partners. They went over stats, quests, and the big boss battles too. You can check out the trailer below, and Bandai Namco has a description of everything if you want more details.

Just a heads-up for all my fellow gamers – Echoes of Aincrad is dropping on July 10th! It’s coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC through Steam. If you haven’t seen them yet, I’ve been checking out the gameplay and story trailers, and there’s also info out there on all the different ways you can buy the game.

Bandai Namco today released a new trailer for Echoes of Aincrad, an action RPG based on the Sword Art Online series. The trailer shows off gameplay and features of the game, where players are trapped in a virtual world and must fight to survive – because dying in the game means dying in real life. It highlights character skills, different weapons, a partner system, and other tools players can use to overcome the challenges of Aincrad, a floating castle. Players will need to master everything at their disposal to escape virtual reality and avoid death. Echoes of Aincrad will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (via Steam) on July 10th.

Echoes of Aincrad breaks new ground for the series by letting players create and play as their own unique character. You’ll be able to fully customize your avatar and then dive into fast-paced RPG action with real-time combat. As you level up, you can adapt and improve your gear, weapons, and abilities, choosing skills that fit how you like to play. You won’t face these challenges alone – a customizable companion will fight alongside you, offering unique skills and support.
