In Arc Raiders, if you’re following Lance’s storyline, you’ll eventually get the ‘Prescriptions of the Past’ quest. This sends you to the Departure Building’s Medical Exam Room to collect useful items for a unique trader, taking you to the Spaceport in the process.
You don’t need to gather resources to finish the Prescriptions of the Past quest, but many players visit that area. If you prefer to avoid conflict, consider using a spare set of gear so you don’t lose valuable items if someone attacks. Or, if you’re up for a fight, bring your best weapons and plenty of ammunition to defend yourself against other players.

Visit the Departure Building in Spaceport
The Departure Building is on the west side of the Spaceport. It’s a hotspot for loot, with plenty of drawers and containers to search, so it attracts a lot of raiders. Be careful and watch out for other players who might be looking to ambush you.
The easiest way to get to the Departure Building is to enter through the main entrance on the north side.
Okay, so when I went inside, the game immediately gave me a new goal: find the Medical Exam Room. Pretty straightforward!
Find the Medical Exam Room inside the Departure Building
Once you’re inside the Departure Building, head up the stairs to the right.
Follow this staircase to the right to reach the next floor.
Once you reach the top of the stairs, turn left right away and go through the door on your left. You’ll be in the Medical Exam Room.
You should now be prompted to search for some records.
Search for the records
After entering the Medical Exam Room, continue walking straight ahead past the exam tables until you see a desk with papers on it.
Finish interacting with the papers to complete the final step of this quest. Once you’ve done that, you can leave the area. But, because the Departure Building has great loot, we suggest searching all the drawers and containers on both floors – if another raider hasn’t gotten there first.
