The Another Eden and Chrono Cross collaboration event has been extended from December 2026 to 2031. Glenn will also become a playable character in the game, starting in February 2026.
This announcement follows closely after the recent collaboration event between Another Eden and Final Fantasy IX. Another Eden is currently playable on iOS, Android, and PC through Steam.

The crossover event between Another Eden and the classic RPG Chrono Cross, called Complex Dream, has been extended to December 8, 2031. In February 2026, the event will receive new quests and a new character to play as: Glenn. Another Eden, a single-player JRPG adventure with over 15 million downloads, is available on PC (Steam), iOS, and Android. You can watch a preview of the February update here.
Glenn will join the roster of playable characters in the February update, alongside returning favorites Serge, Kid, Harle, and Starky. Also coming in February 2026 are new sub-quests for the Complex Dream area. Keep an eye out for more details!
Originally launched in 1999 by Square (now Square Enix) for the PlayStation, Chrono Cross is a role-playing game that takes you on a journey through time and space. The story unfolds in two connected, yet separate, worlds, and features a large cast of over 40 characters. It’s an expansive drama centered around the fate of the planet.
On Thursday, December 18th, a new update will add Another Style for the character Myunfa (Porcelain Pixie), voiced by Sarah Ovens. Additionally, the 5-star class “Armiger” for Claude (voiced by Rory Fleck Byrne) will become available through Stellar Awakening.
The crossover event between Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space and Chrono Cross is now available on Steam for PC, as well as on the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android.
