Endless Legend 2 Hits Early Access This Month As Day One PC Game Pass Release

Back in the year 2014, “Endless Legend” was introduced – a turn-based strategy game with elements of 4X fantasy, set within a world known as Auriga. Soon this month, we’re venturing to an aquatic realm named Saiadha with the release of “Endless Legend 2“. The developer Amplitude Studios has just announced that on its launch day, “Endless Legend 2” will be accessible through PC Game Pass.

Previously, Amplitude Studios disclosed the sequel in a chilling trailer, hinting at a planet where an unnamed divinity-like being is imprisoned and the oceans serve as its shackles. The “deity” in the trailer seemed certain that one of the warring factions would be reckless enough to set it free.

As a gamer, diving into Endless Legend 2, I get to choose from six distinct factions and races, each with unique traits, as I aim for supremacy over the dynamic world of Saiadha. My decisions shape my faction’s pace in expanding its influence at the cost of competitors. During the game’s early access phase, I can command four different factions, with two additional ones becoming available upon the game’s full release.

In August, for a brief period, a demonstration for Endless Legend 2 was accessible, yet only two factions were functional within this trial version. This limited preview presented a glimpse of the full game and included two catastrophic tidefalls that dramatically altered the world’s landscape. Additionally, it showcased fifteen minor factions to interact with, and introduced the Necrophage, an ominous insectoid-like race capable of spreading plague among other races, transforming them into their own kind.

Endless Legend 2’s early access release will begin on September 22.
