What happens in the new Clayface set video?

One clip features Tom Rhys Harries’ character Matt Hagen at what appears to be a movie premiere. Suddenly, he starts fleeing, and as he runs, he grasps his face, which could suggest a sequence where his facial appearance undergoes an unexpected transformation without his voluntary control.
