Adam Driver recently shared in an interview with the Associated Press that director Steven Soderbergh pitched a movie focusing solely on Kylo Ren, set after the events of The Rise of Skywalker. Driver called the script “one of the coolest” he’d ever seen, but Disney’s Bob Iger ultimately rejected the idea, believing it wasn’t possible for Ben Solo’s character to have survived the ending of the film.
