Disney seems to be struggling to fill its hotels for the holidays, so they’re offering significant discounts – and surprisingly, these discounts are specifically targeted towards residents of Georgia.
In 2025, Disney World is offering a special holiday deal for Georgia residents: significantly reduced prices on rooms at certain resorts during the holiday season. Here’s what eligible residents can book:

For a limited time, you can book stays between November 16-29, 2025, and December 12-25, 2025. Reservations must be made in advance for 1 to 14 nights, and availability is limited. What’s special about this offer is that Disney is including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas – dates when discounts are rarely available! Typically, standard rooms at All-Star Sports can cost up to $350 per night during the holidays, making this deal an incredible value for anyone near Florida. Residents of Alabama and Mississippi may be surprised by this special pricing.
I’m so excited about this offer! Just a heads-up, to get the special rate, the card you use to pay needs to be registered with a Georgia address, and you’ll need to show proof that you live in Georgia when you check in. If you don’t have valid ID showing you’re a Georgia resident, they’ll have to charge you the regular price for your whole stay. Also, keep in mind that some rooms aren’t included – things like the 3-bedroom villas, rooms overlooking the resort at Animal Kingdom Lodge, certain views at Port Orleans, and the standard Little Mermaid rooms at Art of Animation. But there are still plenty of great options available!
