Taco Bell revives Shredded Beef Dipping Taco alongside new beef loaded Nacho Fries

Taco Bell is reviving a fan favorite: the Shredded Beef Dipping Taco! They’re also introducing something new – Shredded Beef Nacho Fries.

Okay, so the birria taco is BACK! I was seriously obsessed with this thing last time they had it, and it’s coming to most locations on May 21st. What really got me was that amazing dipping sauce and the super tender, slow-cooked beef. Seriously, I’m already planning my trip!

This popular item features tender shredded beef, a mix of three cheeses, and a smooth, spicy jalapeño sauce, all wrapped in a soft white corn tortilla. The tortilla is then grilled with a crispy cheese crust. It comes with a flavorful red dipping sauce reminiscent of birria consommé.

Taco Bell adds new Shredded Beef Nacho Fries

In addition to bringing back its popular tacos, Taco Bell is introducing a brand-new item: Shredded Beef Nacho Fries.

These fries are loaded with slow-cooked shredded beef, pico de gallo, nacho cheese sauce, a creamy jalapeño sauce, and a mix of three cheeses. Taco Bell created them as an upgraded take on their popular Nacho Fries.

Taco Bell’s head of food innovation, Liz Matthews, explained that they’re thrilled when a taco is more than just a quick meal. She emphasized that it’s the combination of flavors that really makes it special.

The Shredded Beef Dipping Taco is wonderfully flavorful – it’s rich, crispy, and perfectly melty. Dipping it in the savory sauce makes each bite a delicious surprise.

You can also get the taco as part of Taco Bell’s new $9 Discovery Luxe Box. This box includes a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, a Doritos Locos Taco, chips and nacho cheese sauce, and a medium drink.

Taco Bell is building on its recent menu expansions – like different versions of the Mexican Pizza and the addition of Cantina Chicken – with items such as the new Cantina Chicken Mexican Pizza and a Jalapeño Citrus Salsa.
