Netflix Users Running Out of Time to Binge Bryan Cranston’s Your Honor

Bryan Cranston, famous for his role in the hit show Breaking Bad, later starred in another highly-rated drama series. You can currently watch this show on , but soon it will no longer be available for streaming.

I just found out that Your Honor, the show with Bryan Cranston, is leaving Netflix on May 31st. It didn’t get quite as much hype as Breaking Bad, but honestly, I think it’s just as good, especially if you’re a fan of Cranston’s acting. It’s a quick watch too – only two seasons with ten episodes each, so it’s perfect for a binge. If you haven’t seen it yet, you should definitely check it out before it disappears from Netflix in a few weeks!

Your Honor Was Planned to Be a Limited Series

The show Your Honor first appeared on Showtime in 2020 as a single season series. Due to its popularity, Showtime decided to create a second season, which premiered in 2023 after a nearly three-year delay. In 2024, the show became available on Netflix, but that agreement is ending this month, and Your Honor will no longer be available to stream on the platform.

After the show became popular on Netflix, CBS Studios president David Stapf said they always believed in its quality and expected it would find a wider audience on another platform. “Good content always finds its viewers,” he noted.

Your Honor Features Bryan Cranston in Another Dramatic Role

This crime drama is an American adaptation of the Israeli series Kvodo, developed for Showtime by Peter Moffat. It stars Bryan Cranston as Michael Desiato, a well-respected judge in New Orleans. His life unravels when his teenage son is involved in a fatal hit-and-run. When Michael discovers the victim’s father is a dangerous mob boss, he compromises his ethics and tries to cover up the crime to protect his son.

Alongside Bryan Cranston, the cast of Your Honor includes Hunter Doohan (Wednesday), Hope Davis (Captain America: Civil War), Sofia Black-D’Elia (The Mick), Isiah Whitlock Jr. (The Wire), Michael Stuhlbarg (The Staircase), Carmen Ejogo (The Purge: Anarchy), Benjamin Flores Jr. (Game Shakers), and Lilli Kay (Yellowstone). Mark Margolis, known for Breaking Bad, also made a guest appearance in Season 2, marking a reunion with Cranston that sadly became one of his last roles.

Your Honor is streaming on Netflix until May 31.
