Experience has announced details about their upcoming RPG, Demon Kill Demon ~Yomi 1984~, in a new press release. The release reveals information about the special abilities, called Demon Skills, that the main character can use, and introduces the game’s major enemies: Unique Demons. These powerful demons have mutated unexpectedly due to human experimentation.
We’ve translated the descriptions for the new enemies in the game, which you’ll find below. Demon Kill Demon ~Yomi 1984~ will be released in Japan for Nintendo Switch on May 28th. Currently, there’s no news about whether the game will be released in English.
Demon Skills
The main character possesses extraordinary abilities, but using them comes at a great price. However, these dangerous powers are essential for survival in the Yomi.
- D Buster Cannon
A powerful destruction cannon that is fired by using up all MP. The more HP and MP the user has, the more damage it will deal. (Can only be used once per battle)
- D Pulse Barrier
Protects all allies from the D Pulse Attacks launched by unique demons. You can also heal HP with the absorbed energy.
- Unknown Pulse
A passive skill that, when obtained, will raise all stats of the Protagonist. There will also be more buffs for every 5 levels increased.
- Pandora Hack
When opening a treasure chest after battle, if you use the Pandora Key (an item that removes traps from the chest), having this passive skill will let you select the type of equipment you’ll obtain as an additional effect.
