Red Dead Redemption 2: The Forgotten Frontier Trailer Floors Gamers

As someone who loved the first Red Dead Redemption, going to Mexico was a huge part of what made it special for me. So, when I was playing the prequel, I was really hoping that area would make a return. Honestly, it was a letdown when it didn’t.

I’m already completely hooked on Red Dead Redemption 2 – it’s an amazing game, even without Mexico. But honestly, it always felt like something was missing. Since Rockstar isn’t planning any expansions, the modding community stepped up and decided to add Mexico to the game themselves, which is awesome!

You can find the trailer for Nuevo Paraiso – The Forgotten Frontier on YouTube. This impressive mod for Red Dead Redemption 2 brings players back to Mexico, recreating the original map and populating it with familiar characters and people.

This mod also makes Sadie Adler the main character, which fits well with the game’s story and what we know about the characters’ pasts. The trailer has been incredibly well-received, and fans are very excited about it.

Someone commented that Rixus created a downloadable content pack with side missions, and they believe it’s something Rockstar Games hasn’t been able to achieve.

Someone commented that the Red Dead Redemption 2 modding community is consistently releasing incredible updates. They highlighted mods like TOR, catalog improvements, New Austin 1907, and the popular Nuevo Paraiso and Great Plains expansions. They jokingly said the only thing left to do is add missions and cutscenes from the original Red Dead Redemption, but also praised the modders for revitalizing the game with their amazing work.

Seriously, the music is incredible! I remember playing the first game and getting chills when I crossed the border into Mexico – that song just hit different. It’s one of my all-time favorite moments.

As one commenter noted, the modding community for Red Dead Redemption 2 has done an amazing job at keeping the single-player experience fresh, especially considering Rockstar never released any official story expansions for the game. With new mods appearing constantly, there’s plenty to enjoy while we wait to see what the developers have planned for the future of the series.
