YouTuber Fred Beyer hit with lifetime NFL ban after storming draft day stage

YouTube star Fred Beyer rushed the stage at the NFL Draft and has been banned from all future American football events.

The NFL had a busy week with the draft, where players were selected to join new teams for the 2026-27 season.

Everyone focuses on Draft Day, but YouTuber Fred Beyer caused enough trouble with his recent behavior that he’s now banned from future events like it.

Prank goes wrong for Fred Beyer on NFL Draft Day

Beyer has a history of stirring up trouble, including a previous ban from Twitch and a video where he deliberately provoked the company’s CEO.

He recently caused a stir with the NFL by playfully sneaking onto the stage during the Draft event at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh. Beyer went to great lengths to pull off the prank, including making fake credentials, evading security, and entering areas he wasn’t supposed to be in.

During the draft event, Beyer jokingly announced a made-up player, “Luke Maxer,” as the Steelers’ pick with the 67th selection. Organizers quickly cut off his microphone as part of the bit.

Someone told Beyer to leave the stage, and he was eventually led away. A security guard then angrily warned them to leave quickly, threatening a fight.

When asked how he managed to get on stage, Beyer claimed security personnel had given him the okay. However, his explanation wasn’t believed.

Beyer was asked to hand over his access pass, and then an NFL official told him he had to leave, stating, “You can’t go up there, you’re done here.”

Despite trying to disguise himself with a false name and mentioning popular YouTubers like Sketch, IShowSpeed, and Kai Cenat, Beyer still couldn’t avoid trouble. Someone recognized his camera, and he was warned that if he didn’t cooperate, the police would be called.

Eventually, the police arrived and were asked to detain Beyer and his friend while the NFL decided on a ban. By the end of the day, Beyer received paperwork confirming he was banned from all NFL games and events indefinitely.
