A Twitch streamer with a disability, famous for completing challenging games using only his chin, is back with a new feat: finishing Super Mario 64 using just his eyes.
‘HandicapableSean’ is a gamer and content creator with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a serious genetic condition that gets worse over time. It happens because people with DMD don’t have enough of a protein called dystrophin, which muscles need to stay strong. Without enough dystrophin, muscles become weak and break down.
Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) primarily impacts boys, and symptoms typically appear between ages two and three. These symptoms start with muscle weakness and difficulty walking, often leading to the need for assistance like wheelchairs. Over time, DMD affects all the muscles in the body, making it hard to breathe and move.
HandicapableSean returns to Twitch, using his eyes as controllers
Sean has found an incredible way to keep gaming despite losing the use of his hands. He now plays using his chin, and he’s surprisingly skilled at it!
After gaining fame in 2022 for defeating challenging bosses in Elden Ring, he’s now attempting to complete Super Mario 64 – but with a unique challenge: playing the entire game using only his eyes.

Sean recently switched controllers during his Twitch stream because his health has been declining, making it harder to play the game. He explained that his condition has worsened, requiring him to use more specialized equipment.
He shared with his audience that his disability has been getting worse lately, but he plans to face these challenges with his passion for gaming and technology.
Sean is using the Tobii Eye Tracker 5 with Iris software, and also SensePilot, a program that lets him control his computer without using his hands – by simply moving his head and making facial expressions.
I’m playing Super Mario 64 using eye-tracking technology! Even though my disability is getting worse, I’m determined to continue gaming. You can watch me live – check the link in my bio!

The streamer mentioned to TopMob that he’s considering Neuralink, noting that some other gamers have successfully used the implant to play games with their thoughts.
Wow, it feels like forever since Sean was active on social media – his last tweet was way back in May 2024! I’m so thrilled to see him back to gaming on Twitch, and it’s awesome to see he already has over 8,700 followers there. It’s great to have him back!
Sean is part of a growing number of gamers with disabilities who are proving anything is possible. Brolylegs, a talented Street Fighter competitor, became well-known for his incredible skills – he plays using his mouth to control the controller and execute complex moves.
