For a decade, Elizabeth Olsen has portrayed Scarlet Witch within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She’s been in numerous films, and even starred in a TV series centered around her character. However, this isn’t the only television show where she’s played Wanda Maximoff. It’s been a significant role, and she’s become closely associated with the character. Fans appreciate her dedication to the part.
Recently, audiences heard Elizabeth Olsen in the animated series Marvel Zombies, reprising her well-known role from the MCU. Surprisingly, despite this being a recent MCU project, the actress has no recollection of working on it. She shared during L.A. Comic Con that she recorded her dialogue quite some time ago, making it difficult to remember anything (according to Sensacine).
I actually made that recording a long time ago. My memory is completely gone, so I really need to rewatch it. I have Marvel Zombies completely blanked from my mind – I don’t remember what [happens in] it at all.
Elizabeth Olsen shared that she recorded her dialogue at home, and she believed this likely happened in 2020 or 2021 when many people were working remotely due to the pandemic. This explains why she didn’t record in a professional studio.
That’s my voice. I recorded it at home, not in a professional office. I think it was around 2020 or 2021? I don’t remember why I wasn’t working in a studio at the time. I honestly can’t recall the circumstances, and I apologize for that.
Marvel Zombies is a recently released four-episode animated series within the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). It began streaming on Disney+ on September 24th. The story unfolds in a different universe where a zombie outbreak has affected the Avengers. The remaining survivors must figure out how to defeat these super-powered zombies and protect the world.
