Valve has confirmed that the game The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales is compatible with the Steam Deck, and has given it a ‘Verified’ rating – well before the game is even released worldwide.
The game requires an internet connection for the initial setup, probably due to its digital rights management (DRM) system. After that, it should run smoothly on Steam. See the full rating details below.

Right now, a demo for the game is exclusively available on the Nintendo Switch 2. If you’re new to the game, you can find everything we’ve covered about The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales here.
The game, The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales, will be available on June 18th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam.
