Third-person action RPG Asterfel to launch open playtest for Steam on April 17

Mysteria Studio, an independent game developer from Germany, is letting players try out their game, Asterfel, through an open playtest on Steam starting April 17th. This playtest is part of Steam’s Medieval Fest.

I recently stumbled across this cool new game called Asterfel! It’s an action RPG with a third-person perspective, and it’s giving me major vibes from the classic games I grew up with in the 2000s. Asterfel is a new third-person action RPG reminiscent of classic games from the early 2000s. The game begins with you shipwrecked on Asterfel, an island suffering under a greedy king. Your choices will shape both your destiny and the fate of the island. You’ll need to pick a side in the conflict, learn the world’s secrets through compelling quests, and prepare to liberate Asterfel from the dangers that threaten it.
