I wouldn’t say I predict these things, but I’ve been suggesting Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni should just settle their dispute out of court for over a year now, so I wasn’t shocked to hear the judge is pushing for the same thing. Apparently, their lawyers met with the judge again on April 6th to revisit the possibility. Remember back in February when they both showed up to a settlement conference looking suspiciously coordinated? That didn’t work. This latest meeting was another dead end. Even though Lively had most of her claims dismissed, she’s been very vocal online, emphasizing that she brought the suit because of the “RETALIATION” (her emphasis) she experienced after the It Ends With Us press tour. They could still reach a settlement before their May court date, but honestly? I doubt it.
