Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son wins two bodybuilding competitions in a week

Joseph Baena, son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, is new to bodybuilding, but he’s already had success, winning two important competitions.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was recently seen supporting his son, Joseph Baena, while Baena was weightlifting at Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, California.

That happened several days before Baena decided to pursue competitive bodybuilding, just like his father.

And the Arnie pep talk clearly paid off, as Baena is two-for-two when it comes to contests.

Joseph Baena wins second bodybuilding title in a week

Joseph Baena began his bodybuilding journey in late March by competing in the NPC Natural Colorado State Championships, held in Denver, Colorado.

He launched his bodybuilding career with impressive wins, taking first place in the Men’s Open Bodybuilding Heavyweight Class, the Classic Physique True Novice, and the Classic Physique Novice competitions. He also earned a silver medal in the Classic Physique Open Class C show.

I was stoked to hear that Baena absolutely crushed it at the INBA Iron Gladiator competition in Corona, California this past Saturday! He’s really been leveling up his physique and took first place in the Classic Physique contest – seriously impressive!

Following his victory, Baena shared photos and videos on Instagram, captioning the post: “Your new INBA Iron Gladiator Classic Physique Champion!”

Baena started his fitness journey relatively recently. He began with swimming, which helped him lose weight and build a foundation for his current training, as he shared with the International Natural Bodybuilding Associations on Instagram.

I didn’t get into weightlifting until my junior year of college, so about ten years ago, maybe eight. But once I started, I was hooked on bodybuilding! It was amazing to see how much stronger I was getting and to watch my muscles grow. It’s been a passion ever since.

I quickly became a huge fan of the sport, even just watching it. But this year, I decided to overcome my fears and anxieties and finally compete in a show!

That explains what Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son is currently doing, and you can find out about Arnold’s future movie projects here.
