Jack White used a playful tactic to stop Domingo from singing during Jack Black’s hosting gig on Saturday Night Live. When Jack Black became a five-time host, the exclusive lounge looked surprisingly spooky, like something out of the Haunted Mansion. Surprise guests Jonah Hill, Tina Fey, Candice Bergen, and Melissa McCarthy were shocked by the scene and wondered how to fix it. But as soon as anyone mentioned drastic solutions, Domingo (played by Marcello Hernandez) appeared, eager to perform—until Jack White jokingly hit him on the head with a frying pan, enforcing the rule that cast members aren’t allowed in the lounge. It seems Domingo always tries to sing when Jack Black hosts the show!
Black performed his speech while the song “Seven Nation Army” played, and White accompanied him on guitar. He joked that they’d be called “White Black” before playfully starting to dance.
