I’m so excited – the first pictures from The Adventures of Cliff Booth are finally out! It’s a sequel to Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, and Quentin Tarantino wrote and produced it. It’s been seven years since the last movie, but this time David Fincher is directing. We still don’t know when it’ll be on Netflix, but these new images give a great look at the film’s cool, 1970s, neon-lit style. I can’t wait to see more!
A brief teaser trailer for The Adventures of Cliff Booth unexpectedly appeared during the Super Bowl in February 2026, but Netflix didn’t share it online. This left fans depending on secondhand accounts of what it showed – until now. Thanks to The Fincher Analyst (with a tip of the hat to What’s on Netflix), we now have a collection of high-quality still images from the trailer. These photos reveal the film’s impressive cast, including Brad Pitt returning as the intriguing stuntman Cliff Booth. The movie follows Booth as he starts a new job as a “Hollywood fixer” in the late 1970s.

Alongside Brad Pitt in The Adventures of Cliff Booth, a talented cast joins the film, including Timothy Olyphant returning as James Stacy, and new additions like Scott Caan, Elizabeth Debicki, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Carla Gugino, Corey Fogelmanis, Barry Livingston, Karren Karagulian, JB Tadena, Lauren Glazier, and veteran sci-fi actor Peter Weller. Notably missing from the cast is Leonardo DiCaprio, who played Rick Dalton in the original movie. DiCaprio confirmed last December that he wouldn’t be appearing in the sequel, putting an end to rumors about a possible cameo.
This is a developing story…
