What DLC is not included in Tales of Berseria Remastered?

So far, the IdolMaster costumes are missing from the Tales of Berseria DLC included in Remastered.

New paid DLC in Tales of Berseria Remastered

In addition to the standard downloadable content, Tales of Berseria Remastered includes the Deluxe Edition DLC, a pre-order bonus, and several level-up packs available for purchase digitally. These packs cost $1.99 for 5 levels or $2.99 for 10 levels.

How to access DLC in Tales of Berseria Remastered

When you start Tales of Berseria Remastered, it doesn’t automatically show you if you have any DLC installed, except for the pre-order bonuses or content from the Deluxe Edition. Unlike the Remastered version of Graces f, it doesn’t detect and display any of the original game’s DLC either. If you purchased the Deluxe Edition on Steam, you’ll be prompted to download the Digital Soundtrack & Artbook as a separate application on PS5 and Switch. Otherwise, to see all 74 DLC sets, you need to go to the ‘Item’ section in the game’s menu and look in the furthest right column (or the ‘New’ tab). Keep in mind that owning the Digital Deluxe Edition is how I obtained all 74 sets – if you only have the standard edition without the pre-order bonus, you’ll have fewer.

You’ll need to select the items you want to use in your game. There doesn’t appear to be a way to unlock everything all at once, at least not yet.

How to change costumes in Tales of Berseria Remastered

Okay, so changing up my character’s look is pretty easy. If I’m playing on PS5, I just hit the touchpad. On Switch, it’s the guide button, then the – button. That opens up a menu, and I go to the ‘Fashion’ tab. From there, I can pick out new outfits, hairstyles, and even little accessories for each character. There’s a limit to how many accessories I can equip at once, and each one costs a certain amount, so I have to balance it out. For instance, in the screenshot with Velvet, I could only add two accessories before I ran out of points.

How to change battle music in Tales of Berseria Remastered?

If you purchased the Battle BGM Pack, you can change the battle music in the game’s System menu. Go to Options, then scroll to the bottom of the list to choose between default or custom music settings. Selecting ‘Battle Theme Customization’ will allow you to pick the music that plays during battles and also change how it plays – you can choose to play the tracks in order or shuffle them using the right trigger button.

Here, you can choose the specific songs you’d like to hear, or quickly select them all by pressing the right stick. The music you choose will then play during battles.

Tales of Berseria Remastered Digital Artbook and Soundtrack contents

The Digital Artbook and Soundtrack app for Tales of Berseria Remastered includes content from the original 2016 art book and the 2023 soundtrack. The soundtrack features 96 songs. Both items are available exclusively through their dedicated app on all platforms, but Steam and PS5 users can also copy the music to a USB drive.
