You actually have to follow the official VIVEJova and VIVEAvanti accounts on Roblox before you can use a code. The game will ask you to confirm your Roblox username too, so make sure you have that handy when you’re trying to redeem something. It’s a quick extra step, but worth it for those rewards!
After you’ve finished that step, you can follow the instructions below to get your rewards.
- Click the star icon in the top-left corner of the screen, or press M on your keyboard.
- Enter your Roblox username in the text box and click ‘VERIFY‘ to proceed.
- If you successfully verify your Roblox username, reopen the codes menu by clicking the star icon or pressing M again.
- Enter a working code in the text box.
- Click ‘REDEEM‘ to claim the rewards.
