What time is A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms Episode 6 out?

The final episode of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is almost here! Here’s when you can watch the exciting conclusion, along with a quick review of all the highlights from the thrilling Episode 5.

The series begins with Ser Duncan the Tall, a knight, taking on a young boy named Egg as his squire.

So, me and my buddy hit the road for the Ashford tournament, and let me tell you, things went south fast. It felt like we couldn’t walk five feet without running into some kind of trouble, and it all came to a head when Dunk found himself in a life-or-death fight during the Trial of Seven. It was insane!

The knight barely made it through that difficult experience, but many others didn’t. The consequences of the battle form the central story of the sixth and last episode.

What happened in Episode 5?

Episode 5 jumps between two different time periods: the current battle known as the Trial of Seven, and the past, where we discover a significant and heartbreaking story from Duncan’s life.

The story begins with a memory of young Dunk scavenging silver coins from corpses, hoping to earn enough with his friend Rafe to escape the poverty of Flea Bottom and reach the prosperous Free Cities.

So, we found out the cost to get through had suddenly doubled, but then this City Watchman, Alester, swiped all our money! I managed to grab his dagger as payback, but he noticed it was missing pretty quick. He found me, and things went south fast – he ended up killing Rafe.

Alester attacked Dunk, but Ser Arlan intervened and saved his life. After mourning the death of Rafe, young Duncan stealthily followed Arlan as he left town. When Arlan finally noticed him, he simply told Dunk to stand up.

The story begins as the Trial of Seven starts, and Dunk’s group is warned to stay calm and, most importantly, to survive.

Stunning helmet-cam footage puts you right in the action, letting you experience the fight firsthand – including the powerful moment Aerion unhorses Dunk and knocks him unconscious.

Aerion announces that Duncan is defeated, but encouragement from Eggs – and what sounds like Arlan’s spirit urging him on – brings Duncan back to his feet. He then overpowers Aerion with his shield, forcing the prince to admit he was wrong and drop his claim.

Badly injured but having won the battle, Dunk offers his sword to Prince Baelor. However, a terrible discovery is made when Baelor’s helmet comes off – the back of his skull is gone.

The injury proves fatal for Baelor, leaving Dunk heartbroken as he mourns yet another close companion at the episode’s end.
