Scorpion’s suit draws major complaints from Spider-Man 4 fans
Recent promotional artwork on the Piticas website may have given fans their first glimpse of Scorpion’s costume for the upcoming Spider-Man 4 movie.
The promotional image also features Hulk, played by Mark Ruffalo, who will be in the movie. Fans can also spot Boomerang and Tarantula, villains expected to appear in the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
We’re getting a first glimpse of Scorpion’s costume, and a lot of fans aren’t thrilled with how it looks.
Hollywood reporter Daniel Richtman expressed hope that Scorpion’s appearance will be improved in the final version of the movie.
Chefman77 was disappointed the suit didn’t include a mask and noted that the tail was too see-through. They said, “I don’t like how he doesn’t have a mask and the tail is so Transparent.”
Another X user slammed the suit and wrote, “Scorpion design is not it.”
Another fan shared their frustration with the potential lack of a mask for the character, bluntly stating, “Scorpion looks silly without a mask. What’s the reason he isn’t wearing one?”
Bucogon shared an image depicting the character wearing a mask, expressing a desire for the character to have one. However, they also commented that Michael Mando is so impressive that a mask might not even be necessary.
An account named @FilmTalks wrote, “Gotta be honest, I don’t love the Scorpion suit.”
It’s still unclear if the Mandalorian will wear the same armor in the movie as seen in the promotional images.
