Nippon Ichi Software has been revealing more about their upcoming game, Hono-gurashi no Niwa. It will launch in Japan on July 30th for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. They recently announced a new Safe Livelihood Mode, which lets players experience the game’s daily life aspects without any scary events happening.
The creators of the Yomawari horror games are bringing us Hono-gurashi no Niwa, another game with scary moments and jump scares – these will happen when players violate certain rules within Kagatsu Village. However, for players who don’t enjoy horror, the game will include an optional ‘Safe Livelihood Mode’ to avoid these frightening elements.
You can watch the original trailer for Hono-gurashi no Niwa here. Please be aware that it includes a sudden scare around the 0:50 mark when the nighttime scene appears.
You can watch the latest trailer right here. Keep in mind that YouTube automatically translates this Japanese video, so you might see English subtitles or dubbing if your YouTube language is set to English.
