In a recent interview, Kelly Reilly, who was born and raised in England, shared that her Yellowstone co-stars initially assumed she was American. She explained this was because she kept to herself and didn’t interact much with the cast and crew.
She also pointed out that her voice changes depending on the character she’s playing. She explained that when she does an American accent, it doesn’t even sound like her own voice – it’s completely different!
Viewers of Yellowstone have noticed a change in Kelly Reilly’s voice. One fan commented on a video clip, saying it was ‘disturbing’ to hear her speak in her natural British accent, while another expressed confusion, noting her accent had seemed perfect in the show.
