Spike Chunsoft has released an updated version of Shiren the Wanderer: The Mystery Dungeon of Serpentcoil Island for iOS and Android devices worldwide. This ‘Plus’ version includes all previously released downloadable content.
Shiren the Wanderer: The Mystery Dungeon of Serpentcoil Island first launched on Nintendo Switch and then became available on PC (Steam). Now, it’s also available on mobile devices – iOS and Android – for $19.99. To play, you’ll need iOS 17 or newer, or Android 13.0 or newer with at least 4GB of RAM.

When I heard this game was coming to Japan, I honestly figured it wouldn’t make it overseas. Spike Chunsoft didn’t release a previous game, Shiren the Wanderer: The Tower of Fortune and the Dice of Fate, on mobile outside of Japan, so I was worried history would repeat itself. But thankfully, I was totally wrong, and we’re getting it here too!
Shiren the Wanderer: The Mystery Dungeon of Serpentcoil Island is now released on Nintendo Switch, PC (via Steam), and mobile devices (iOS and Android). You can find James’ complete review of the game here.
