As a huge Pokémon fan, I’m so excited to hear that Pokémon is going to be at the Super Bowl! It’s amazing to think about how far the franchise has come, and this feels like a really big moment for all of us who’ve grown up with it.
To celebrate its 30th anniversary, The Pokemon Company International is planning a year-long event. It will kick off with a new commercial debuting during Super Bowl LX on February 8, 2026.
The video will showcase how popular Pokémon is around the world, and celebrate the dedicated fans who have supported the franchise for many years.
Okay, so we don’t know everything about how Pokémon is celebrating its anniversary yet, but they did drop a little teaser! It featured Jigglypuff, and honestly, just watching it made me feel sleepy – perfect for that Pokémon, right?
