Maid of Salvation is now also available for Nintendo Switch

Orange Popcorn recently launched Maid of Salvation on Nintendo Switch. The game was first released on PC through Steam last October, and is now available on the Nintendo eShop in all regions. Currently, it’s on sale for $12.74 (15% off) in the US eShop until February 11th.

Since Nintendo doesn’t currently disclose AI usage on its eShop game pages, we want to point out that the Steam page for this same game does mention the studio used AI to create some of its 2D images.

The launch trailer for Maid of Salvation on Nintendo Switch is available below. Like the original PC version, this Switch release supports Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Korean, and both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.

The latest title from the HunterX development studio, Maid of Salvation is an action RPG that features fast-paced and versatile combat.

In the dark fantasy world of A Dark Fantasy of Maids, Shizuka, a maid of purgatory, is on a mission to save lost souls. Sent through a portal by the Sanctuary’s Overseer, she enters a Purgatory overrun by dangerous creatures. But as she progresses, Shizuka discovers that the salvation she seeks—and the reality of this world—is far more complex and unsettling than she thought.

The game features engaging and challenging combat, blending swordplay, firearms, and special abilities with responsive controls. Players will enjoy fast-paced action that combines exploration with a variety of skills like dodging, guarding, parrying, and powerful combo attacks.

Prepare to battle over 20 formidable bosses, utilizing collected items and secret techniques to carefully plan each encounter. Discover side quests and hidden bosses, and uncover the stories of the maids you meet – some will be allies, others rivals. A deep skill board system allows you to customize your character and tailor your playstyle to your preferences.
