Horizon: An American Saga – Part One opens with the conflicts arising as the victorious Union army expands westward and encounters Native American tribes. The film then follows the interwoven stories of various individuals navigating life in the American West.
As a movie fan, I’ve noticed these Westerns often tell stories about a few key themes. You’ve got soldiers trying to build a life for themselves, a solitary wanderer stepping up to do what’s right, and people just trying to survive after something terrible happens. It’s classic stuff, really.
