I’m so excited! Pearl Abyss and Plaion just announced that Crimson Desert is officially gold, which means it’s finished and ready to go! We’re getting it on March 19th, and I can’t wait!

The team achieved a significant update to the game less than two months after its release on PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC. They also shared a celebratory photo! If you haven’t seen it, you can read Adam’s first impressions from Summer Game Fest, where he noted the game’s controls feel similar to those in fighting games.

Crimson Desert launches on March 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).
