Influencers who knew d4vd weigh in on murder investigation – Pokimane, Jasonthween and more

Popular Twitch streamers like Pokimane, Jasonthween, xQc, and Ludwig have responded to the investigation surrounding the death of Celeste Rivas, whose body was found in a car belonging to musician and former streamer d4vd.

After receiving many messages about a recent stream featuring d4vd and Jasontheween, Pokimane spoke about the situation on social media.

Like many others, I was deeply shocked and upset to hear this news. I hope those responsible are brought to justice quickly, and my heart goes out to the victim’s family.

I’ve been getting a lot of messages about the news regarding d4vd, and I’m just as shocked and upset as everyone else. I hope justice is served quickly, and my heart goes out to the victim’s family. ❤️

Jasonthween unfollows d4vd

Jasonthween, who previously had interactions with d4vd, no longer follows him on Instagram.

However, in a previous stream with Ludwig, he had defended d4vd, saying he was not a murderer.

“He’s innocent,” Jason stated. “He actually performed the very next day. If he’d been involved, the police would have been looking for him.”

Dv4d best friend “jasontheween and ludwig”claims that he his innocent 😳

Singer d4vd has also been removed as a follow on Fortnite’s social media pages. He recently worked with Epic Games to create in-game items like an emote and even composed the first official anthem for the game, released on September 3rd.

Following the discovery of a body in a car registered to singer D4vd, Fortnite has removed its follows of him from all social media platforms. D4vd released the official anthem for the game on September 3rd, and an investigation is currently underway.

Ludwig on d4vd’s alleged connection

Ludwig commented on reports linking d4vd to Rivas, stating during a livestream that the two “obviously had a close relationship.”

The news of her death came on her birthday, and he was obviously very close to her. Even if he wasn’t involved in her murder, it’s disturbing that he doesn’t seem to acknowledge how important she was to him.

He accused d4vd of being “an evil pedophile,” but then stated he would hold off on further comment until the police investigation is complete.

xQc highlights coincidence

Okay, so this is kinda wild. I was watching xQc, and he noticed something really strange – the artist d4vd dropped his hit song “Romantic Homicide” on the *exact* same day as Rivas’ birthday. It’s just a coincidence probably, but xQc was saying it’s a little too weird not to mention, and it definitely made me wonder if there’s more to it.

He later found out the video was actually “premiered” that day, confounding his belief.

Honestly, it’s way more concerning than just a simple upload. The video actually *premiered* on that specific day, which tells me it was planned well in advance. They could have had it scheduled for days, even weeks, and intentionally chose that date. It’s not like they just randomly posted it, you know? It feels really deliberate, and that’s what’s bothering me.

The investigation into Celeste Rivas’s death, and whether d4vd was involved, is still ongoing. Police have only confirmed that Rivas’s body was found in d4vd’s car and haven’t shared any other information at this time.
