McDonald’s and Crayola have teamed up for the first time ever on a Happy Meal promotion that will be available in many countries around the world.
Starting December 26, 2025, a new Happy Meal will launch with a fun space theme! It’s designed to encourage creativity through play, and includes special activity kits and toys for kids and families to enjoy together.
A special Planet McDonald’s Happy Meal is now available at McDonald’s restaurants in over 60 countries, including those in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the UK, Asia, and Canada. It won’t be around forever – availability depends on location and will last until around March 2026, or while supplies last.

This project lets kids get creative with hands-on activities and imaginative play. They can then scan their artwork to bring it to life in a fun, digital space adventure where they can explore and learn.
The new Happy Meals feature artwork created by kids, highlighting their creativity as a key part of the promotion. This is the first time McDonald’s has partnered with Crayola to include their colored pencils, and Crayola’s designs will be used in advertising and throughout restaurants.

According to Anna Roca, head of global partnerships at Crayola, Crayola aims to encourage creativity, learning, and self-expression in all children. She believes their collaboration with McDonald’s is a surprising and exciting way to achieve this goal.
McDonald’s announced a new program to help parents find fun and creative activities for their children, both in the real world and online.
McDonald’s is teaming up with Crayola to offer kids a fun, space-themed experience where they can create their own stories. According to Sheila Hamilton, a marketing director at McDonald’s, this collaboration lets them combine culture, creativity, and interactive play in a special way.
