Doritos is partnering with Stranger Things for a unique promotion! They’re releasing a new chip that combines two popular flavors in one bag, and it comes with a special Black Garlic Dip.
The company’s “Collisions” line combines two different flavors into one bag, and their newest mix features Cool Ranch alongside a new “Stranger Pizza” flavor.
This promotion connects to the 1980s, the time period of the show *Stranger Things* and when Cool Ranch Doritos were first released. It also gives fans what they’ve been asking for: Doritos that taste like pizza.
To go with the new flavor, Doritos is releasing special “Stranger Things” packaging for its Spicy Sweet Chili Minis. The containers will feature small, bite-sized chips with designs that glow in the dark.

Netflix gears up for Stranger Things’ final season with Doritos collab
Doritos and Cheetos are teaming up with Stranger Things for special packaging on flavors like Nacho Cheese, Cool Ranch, Sweet & Tangy BBQ, and Spicy Sweet Chili. They’re also releasing four smaller, snack-sized versions of Doritos and Cheetos.
Starting September 30th, fans can participate in the 1980s-themed “Chip In for Hawkins” telethon by calling 1-855-4-HAWKINS.
And for dipping, Doritos is launching a Black Garlic Dip featuring imagery of the Demogorgon on the package.

This partnership is part of a larger promotional push for the final season of Stranger Things. Netflix plans to release the fifth and final season in three volumes.
The show will premiere with four episodes on November 26th, the day before Thanksgiving. Then, three more episodes will be released on Christmas Day. The final episode will air on New Year’s Eve, December 31st.
Doritos isn’t alone in capitalizing on the popularity of Stranger Things. Chips Ahoy has also released a special-edition cookie themed after the show’s spooky alternate world – and it’s the first time they’ve ever made a cookie with fruit filling.
