The Pokemon Company is offering a special free gift to players of Pokemon Legends: Z-A! Before the Mega Dimension DLC is released, you can get a powerful alpha Charizard for a limited time.
This Charizard is much bigger and stronger than most, currently at level 36. It also knows Solar Beam, a powerful move Charizard usually can’t learn without a special item. Having this Charizard on your team will be a big advantage when battling the tough, high-level Pokemon found in Hyperspace Lumiose.
To claim the free alpha Charizard, fire up your copy of Pokemon Legends: Z-A and do the following:
- Press X to open the menu
- Select Link Play
- Select Mystery Gift
- Choose Get with Code/Password
- Input the code B1G006 and download the gift
- Save your game
This code expires on January 19, 2026, so be sure to redeem your free Pokemon before then.
Pokemon Legends: Z-A has more than one free gift available right now! The Pokemon Company is also offering Mega Stones for Diancie and Mewtwo. After you’ve received the stones and finished the main game, you can complete special quests to catch these two powerful Pokemon.
Okay, so the big news is the Mega Dimension DLC for Pokemon Legends: Z-A drops on December 10th! I’m super hyped because it’s adding a whole new story where I’ll be heading into this place called Hyperspace Lumiose – basically an alternate dimension. Apparently, it’s packed with wild Pokemon, and we’re talking Pokemon way over level 100! Plus, they’re bringing in some awesome new Mega Evolutions, like Mega Zeraora and a new form for Mega Lucario Z. Seriously can’t wait to check it all out!
