Bandai Namco Entertainment has launched Elden Ring Nightreign’s The Forsaken Hollows DLC worldwide.
If you purchased the Elden Ring Nightreign Digital Deluxe Edition, the new DLC is already yours – you may need to claim it on your gaming platform. If you own the standard version of the game, you can purchase the DLC separately for $15. You can find detailed instructions on how to access the DLC here.

The Elden Ring DLCs, Nightreign and The Forsaken Hollows, are now available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC (through Steam). If you don’t own the main Elden Ring game yet, you can find my review of Nightreign on PC handhelds here.

Elden Ring Nightreign players can now face fresh challenges with the release of The Forsaken Hollows DLC, available worldwide. This expansion adds two new major bosses, several new field bosses, and a dynamic new map feature for Limveld that dramatically changes the landscape. Players will also find new areas to discover and two new Nightfarers with unique abilities to help combat the Night’s Tide. The Forsaken Hollows DLC is out now for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (via Steam). You can find more information about the game and DLC at nightreign.com.
The Forsaken Hollows update adds two new playable characters, Scholar and Undertaker, to Nighfarers, expanding the roster and bringing players closer to completing the hunt.
A Scholar is a well-educated magic user who combines academic knowledge with powerful spellcasting. They are skilled at observing their surroundings, giving them a significant edge in combat.
The Undertaker is a powerfully built woman of strong faith, tasked by her monastery with defeating the Nightlord. Though she appears humble as a gatekeeper to the afterlife, she possesses incredible strength and eliminates her foes with cold, precise efficiency.
The Forsaken Hollows DLC expands the game with new locations and challenges in Limveld, including two new boss battles that appear on the third day. It also introduces the Shifting Earth, a dynamic feature that alters the map layout under specific circumstances, offering a fresh experience for all players.
If you bought the downloadable content by pre-ordering or with the deluxe version of the game, you’ll need to add it to your game library yourself.
