Xbox Game Pass is getting a brand new game on the day it launches, and it’s one many players thought would never arrive after such a long development period. Microsoft’s subscription service already includes hundreds of games, with new titles added and some removed regularly. If you have a different plan (like Premium or Essential), you’ll need to upgrade to play. You can enjoy the game on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC, compatible handhelds, and through cloud gaming.
The horror game Routine has had a remarkably long development cycle, beginning over a decade ago in 2012. Lunar Software, the game’s developer, remained largely silent about its progress for many years, and development was even paused for a time. It resumed in 2020 with Raw Fury taking on publishing duties, and now, after more than 10 years, Routine is finally ready to be released.

If you enjoy scary games with a tense atmosphere, similar to Alien: Isolation, you’ll probably like Routine. It’s a great addition to the Xbox Game Pass library and worth playing right away.
