Marvel Cosmic Invasion is coming to PC and consoles digitally next month, and physical copies will follow. Players on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch 2, and standard Switch can get the physical game on March 13, 2026. Preorders are available now at Best Buy and GameStop. The Standard Edition costs $40 (or $50 on Switch 2), while the Deluxe Edition is $60 (or $70 on Switch 2) and includes extras like a steelbook, poster, art cards, and stickers. Walmart is also taking preorders, but they’re currently out of stock, so it’s best to preorder from Best Buy or GameStop quickly to avoid missing out.
Okay, so I just checked out Marvel Cosmic Invasion, and it’s made by the same team behind Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge – which is awesome news if you liked that game! Basically, it’s a classic beat-’em-up where you team up with a bunch of Marvel heroes to fight off this big bad guy, Annihilus, and his army. The graphics are totally retro, like something straight out of the SNES era. They’ve got 15 heroes to choose from, including all the big names like Captain America, Storm, and Spider-Man, but they also threw in some cool deep cuts like Beta Ray Bill and Quasar. It really nails that old-school 90s video game vibe.
