Bandai Namco released a new gameplay trailer for The Blood of Dawnwalker. Called “Gameplay Overview Part II“, the trailer highlights improvements made by the game’s developers at Rebel Wolves, based on what players have been saying.
Since this trailer is labeled as Part II, it continues directly from the first Gameplay Overview trailer released last June.
Check out the new trailer and details below! The Blood of Dawnwalker is still planned to launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in 2026.
Rebel Wolves is developing The Blood of Dawnwalker, a dark fantasy RPG set in the fictional world of Vale Sangora, a remote region of the Carpathian Mountains inspired by 14th-century settings. Players will experience the story as Coen, a man cursed to be both human and vampire, who must use his unique abilities to save his family from the vampire lords who control Vale Sangora. Recently revealed gameplay footage demonstrates improvements made based on player feedback, including smoother combat, better camera angles, and enhanced game mechanics.
New gameplay footage, with commentary from Rebel Wolves writer Ariana Siarkiewicz, shows the player character, Coen, exploring Svartrau Cathedral. The footage highlights exciting combat against both humans and monsters, and reveals some of the game’s backstory.
