Whitney Leavitt is leaving the reality show Secret Lives of Mormon Wives after its current, fifth season. In a playful nod to beauty influencer Mikayla Nogueira’s recent divorce announcement, Leavitt clarified on Instagram that she will appear in the entirety of season five. She also reflected on her close relationships with the other cast members, noting they’ve shared many ups and downs, both on and off camera. Unlike previous times she’s stepped away from social media (#MomTok), which were fueled by frustration, Leavitt says this departure is peaceful and filled with gratitude. She initially announced her decision to leave the show during her final performance in the Broadway musical Chicago.
Fellow TikTok moms and soon-to-be former co-stars flooded Whitney Leavitt’s comments with messages of support. Taylor Frankie Paul wrote, “You’ll be missed! Go after your dreams, girl. I can’t wait to see what you do next!” Miranda Hope added that it had been “a true honor” watching Whitney grow as a businesswoman and person, and expressed excitement for her future. Mayci Neeley simply commented, “It’s been a fun ride.”
