
An award-winning actor, known for winning a Golden Globe, will play the antagonist in Eddie Redmayne’s upcoming spy series, The Day of the Jackal.
Peacock and Sky have revealed that Matt Bomer will appear in multiple episodes of season two of The Day of the Jackal. Details about the character he’ll be playing haven’t been released yet.
Justin Bomer is a highly acclaimed actor with several major awards. He’s won Golden Globes and Critics’ Choice Awards for his work in The Normal Heart, a People’s Choice Award as Favorite Cable TV Actor, and a Peabody Award for Fellow Travelers. He’s also received Emmy and SAG Award nominations for Fellow Travelers, and an Emmy nomination for The Normal Heart. In 2023, he was recognized by the Human Rights Campaign with their Impact Award.
Channing Bomer has appeared in a variety of TV shows and movies, including the Magic Mike films, The Magnificent Seven, Guiding Light, Chuck, White Collar, Glee, American Horror Story, Will & Grace, Doom Patrol, and Mid-Century Modern.
